What You’ll Be Doing (with Guidance And Support)
The hourly pay range for this role is $15.50–$20.00. The final rate will be determined based on experience and work location, and this range reflects the applicable pay transparency requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing (with Guidance And Support)
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining contracts and legal documentation
- Support the sending and tracking of forms via DocuSign
- Help organize records and systems in accordance with internal processes
- Assist in maintaining and updating legal templates and documentation libraries
- Track contract dates and deadlines under supervision
- Support communication with internal stakeholders regarding documentation status
- Collaborate with team members across departments on administrative tasks
- Assist in creating and updating process guides, templates, and internal documentation
- Participate in additional learning-oriented projects as assigned
- How Legal operates within a global esports organization
- Best practices for document management, confidentiality, and compliance
- How cross-functional teams collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Foundational skills in legal and people operations support
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree or certificate program in a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in legal, administrative, or people operations work
- Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with Dropbox is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work part-time (20–30 hours per week) in a structured internship setting
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
