Are you creative, organized, and energized by transforming empty spaces into beautiful, inviting homes? Our top-performing real estate team is looking for a Part-Time Home Stager to help bring our listings to life and elevate the client experience.
As our Home Stager, you’ll play a key role in preparing homes for sale through thoughtful furniture placement, light décor, and smooth coordination of staging logistics. If you enjoy design, keeping things organized, and being hands-on, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of vacant or occupied home staging for upcoming listings.
- Schedule consultation appointments with our sellers
- Help sellers understand what needs to be done to their home before listing
- Maintain and track inventory of staging furniture and décor.
- Ensure we always have the right pieces available for scheduled staging jobs.
- Book, pick up, and drive U-Haul trucks to transport staging furniture.
- Keep our storage facility organized and optimized.
- Coordinate with our street team responsible for loading/unloading furniture.
- Move and position lightweight furniture and décor inside vacant homes.
- Arrange furniture in an elegant, aesthetically pleasing way that helps buyers envision themselves living in the home.
- Hang curtains or simple décor items as needed.
- Perform light cleaning, such as wiping countertops or dusting.
Requirements
- Top level communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move light-to-moderate weight furniture.
- Valid driver’s license and comfort driving rental trucks (U-Haul size).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eye for design, balance, and creating inviting spaces.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual.
- Ability to work up to 32 hours per week with a flexible schedule based on staging needs.
