Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Purpose: Perform precision inspection of production products.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Effectively use calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other mechanical inspection equipment.
Provide metrology support and assistance to Manufacturing and Engineering.
Perform set up approval inspections and document as required.
Perform capability study data collection.
Perform Gage R&R data collection.
Perform basic CMM inspections.
Perform basic gage set up and repair.
Perform and complete documentation for final audits.
Coordinate containment of Nonconforming product and reporting.
Generate Certification of Compliance.
Certify shipments based on customer returns in conjunction with production.
Create and maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.
Support and positively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Communicate with supervisor and co-workers in a professional manner.
Demonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and Objectives.
Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees.

Minimum Requirements:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED
One year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have a valid driver's license
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge and experience to accurately operate standard measurement equipment
Ability to read and follow instructions, correspondence and memos
Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
Using computer software - Microsoft Office, Outlook, and infopath-type software
Training:
- Reference OJT
Physical Demands
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs, rarely lifting up to 40 lbs
Ability to stand up to 100% of shift
Ability to do repetitive movements (i.e. bending, twisting, walking)
