Role Purpose
This role exists to drive revenue by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping clients effectively represent their brand through apparel, promotional products, and team uniforms.
The Brand Rep is responsible for generating new business, growing accounts, and leading client strategy—while partnering with the CSR team to execute.

5 Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development & Prospecting
Drive new revenue by identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities.
- Prospect and generate new leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and discovery conversations
- Identify opportunities within schools, teams, businesses, and organizations
- Build and manage a consistent and active sales pipeline
- Track all activity and progress within CRM systems
Outcome: A consistent pipeline of new opportunities that convert into revenue.
2. Client Strategy & Relationship Management
Build strong client relationships and position Team Image as a long-term brand partner.
- Lead client conversations around branding, apparel, and product needs
- Present ideas, recommendations, and strategic solutions
- Maintain ongoing communication with key accounts
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and repeat order opportunities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for all assigned accounts
Outcome: Strong client relationships that drive repeat business and long-term growth.
3. Sales Execution & Deal Closing
Convert opportunities into revenue through clear communication and disciplined follow-through.
- Develop and present quotes, proposals, and product solutions
- Manage client approvals and close deals efficiently
- Ensure alignment on pricing, margins, and expectations
- Transition orders cleanly to CSR for execution
- Stay engaged through delivery and follow-up
Outcome: Deals are closed efficiently and set up for successful execution.
4. Internal Coordination & Account Oversight
Collaborate with CSR and operations teams while maintaining ownership of the client relationship.
- Communicate client expectations clearly to CSR and production teams
- Stay aligned on timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Monitor account status and ensure visibility across teams
- Escalate issues when needed and ensure resolution
- Ensure overall client satisfaction from order to delivery
Outcome: Clients experience a seamless process while the Brand Rep maintains full relationship ownership.
5. Revenue Growth & Account Development
Grow assigned accounts and maximize revenue opportunities over time.
- Drive repeat business and reorders across accounts
- Identify and implement new programs (team stores, uniforms, branded gear)
- Expand relationships within client organizations
- Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to overall company revenue goals

Compensation & Incentive Structure
- Base Salary / Draw Against Commission: (Defined based on experience)
