Summary
The Quality Audit & Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s internal, external, and regulatory audit activities while driving data-driven insights to enhance operational effectiveness. This role leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of auditing processes, performance monitoring frameworks, and analytical reporting that supports strategic decision-making. The Manager ensures compliance, identifies systemic risks, and partners with cross-functional leaders to elevate overall quality and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Audit Management

- Develop and maintain the organization’s audit framework, methodology, tools, and documentation standards.
- Plan, schedule, and execute internal audits across operational, administrative, and vendor processes.
- Coordinate and support external audits, including client audits, third-party reviews, and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure timely identification, reporting, and tracking of audit findings, corrective actions, and risk mitigation activities.
- Provide audit readiness support and compliance coaching to site teams and corporate departments.
- Prepare executive-level audit summaries and trend analyses for leadership and governance review.
Data Analysis & Insights

- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards leveraging tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Create standardized reporting templates and KPIs to support organization-wide quality and compliance monitoring.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to integrate data insights into operational planning and resource allocation.
- Validate data accuracy, integrity, and completeness through ongoing data quality audits.
- Conduct root cause analysis and trend evaluations to identify systemic issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

- Lead the development and implementation of organizational performance monitoring frameworks.
- Track operational, quality, and safety KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on auditing, data analytics, and performance monitoring practices.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to site leaders and departmental teams regarding audit preparation, quality expectations, and data literacy.
- Lead cross-functional task forces related to compliance gaps, systemic risks, and service issues.
- Facilitate After Action Reviews (AARs), operational reviews, and process evaluations with site and corporate teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in auditing, compliance, data analytics, or quality/performance management.
- Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CQA, CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, CQM/OE, CCSA).
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Strong proficiency in dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Experience developing and managing audit programs and performance monitoring systems.
- Excellent communication and executive-level reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
