Key Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, courteous and prompt service
- Processing orders and quotes
- Assisting with order fulfillment
- Order and quote follow-up with customers, vendors, and internal
- Supporting the sales team with customer requests, sales trip
- Assist with researching products and sources
- Communicating effectively, accurately and positively both verbally
- Assisting with answering the main telephone line, directing calls
- Mailing, shipping and e-mailing information and marketing materials
