Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Applicants who are not fully bilingual will not be considered.

Qualifications
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Sales experience preferred, automotive experience a plus
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self motivated with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process in both English and Spanish
• Build lasting relationships with new and repeat clients
• Present and demonstrate Subaru vehicles with confidence and professionalism
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong client pipeline
• Deliver a superior customer experience from first contact through delivery
