Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating administrative and operational functions in support of Career Services, ensuring services, records, and daily activities are managed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with State of Georgia, institutional, and departmental procedures.
Providing professional, student-centered customer service and guidance to students, graduates, faculty, staff, employers, and external partners while maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and a strong commitment to service excellence.
Reviewing, processing, updating, and maintaining Career Services records, forms, reports, referrals, employer information, student documentation, and system entries with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinating communication, scheduling, follow-up, and workflow activities related to Career Services appointments, employer engagement, student support, workshops, hiring events, and departmental initiatives.
Assisting with tracking, documentation, reporting, and deadline management to support student career readiness, employer relations, placement activities, and overall departmental goals.
Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen Career Services processes, communication, organization, student engagement, employer partnerships, and service delivery.
