What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quick Lane Technician position at Team Ford Las Vegas?
Quick Lane Rancho looking to hire Quick Lane Technicians and Used Car Technicians with a smog license. The facility is equipped with a DYNO to do diesel smog testing machine as well as new state-of-the-art equipment.
As a Quick Lane Technician your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Performs our Multi-Point Inspection on every vehicle
- Diagnoses the cause of the malfunction and performs repairs.
- Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order
- Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
- Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA etc.
- Conducting smog emissions testing
Quick Lane Technician Requirements:
- Automotive technician experience in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining our high level of customer service
- Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, brake lathes, etc.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Smog license preferred
