Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice for Utility Construction and Network Installation since 1936, is hiring a Safety Administrative Support Specialist at our Phoenix, AZ office.
Responsibilities:
1. Track and Manage Incidents
2. Track and Manage Claims
3. Assist with Accounts Payable
4. Communicate with customers and supervisors
5. Issue purchase orders
6. Record and receive purchase orders
7. Enter training payroll
8. Assist with other office functions as required
Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Ideal candidate will have experience in utility construction
2. Must be detail-oriented and exhibit proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
3. Demonstrate superior communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
4. Must be extremely versatile and able to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
