Responsibilities
- Review and oversee the team’s accounting in the Zero system (already established and in use).
- Verify payroll for approximately 80 workers.
- Ensure ministry and operational expenses are accurately recorded.
- Identify and question any errors or unclear entries.
- Provide accountability and guidance to maintain correct financial practices.
- Travel to the team in Southeast Asia (on a 7-10 day trip) to build relationships and strengthen oversight.
- Ability to understand and work within an established accounting system.
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing payroll and expenses.
- Clear communication skills and willingness to ask clarifying questions.
- Flexibility and willingness to work part-time hours.
- Willingness to travel to a remote setting in Southeast Asia.
