WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the local point of contact and maintain regular contact and communication with TEAM
- This position will require working on weekends when needed
- Always sell TEAM’s value to the client and uncover additional opportunities to serve the client
- Attend all required client and internal meetings
- Ensure that TEAM’s objectives clearly align with client objectives
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with key personnel from TEAM and the client
Warehousing:
- Work directly with warehouse manager at the warehouse when needed
- Ensure all assets are delivered to events in a timely manner
- Work with the warehouse manager to repair any damaged assets
- Load assets into vehicles for upcoming events
Field Execution:
- Check all brand ambassadors and client assets at events to ensure TEAM quality standards are in line
- Recruit prospective brand ambassadors at all attended promotions
- Ensure proper implementation and execution of events
- Recap all events and communicate with TEAM on any updates
People Development:
- Train and conduct regular sessions to ensure brand ambassadors are knowledgeable about products, promotions, and industry standards.
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and expectations to improve performance and execution at events.
- Provide clear direction, expectations and constructive feedback to brand ambassadors to improve execution standards and results at all events
- Communicate event standards and monitor execution for successful outcomes.
- Motivate and lead brand ambassadors to maintain positive attitudes and deliver strong brand impressions.
Administrative:
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time, including expense reports with receipts.
- Maintain and update the Master BA tracker and Calendar Wiz to ensure all information is accurate and current.
- Book Brand Ambassadors for events and provide event recap takeaways for management.
- Manage company/client equipment and assets responsibly, ensuring proper packaging and shipping.
- Handle scheduling, maintain organized storage and inventory, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain uniform inventory, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
WAYS TO STAND OUT
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-5 year’s event/activation experience preferred
- Candidates must be familiar with on/off premise marketing initiatives
- Prior promotion agency experience preferred
- Familiarity with local market trendsetting accounts
- Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Skilled at multitasking with an ability to meet deadlines
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
