Sales Support Specialist

Our team supports manufacturers, dealers, and fleet operators with seamless logistics solutions. We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist who’s organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping our sales team and customers succeed.

Position Overview

The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer accounts, coordinating vehicle moves, assisting with load entry, and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to dispatch. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing, in a timely fashion.
• Track and update customer orders throughout the DriveAway process.
• Coordinate with the Dispatch and Operations teams to ensure timely vehicle moves.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and software systems.
• Handle incoming calls/emails from customers regarding scheduling, billing, or updates.
• Generate daily sales reports and analyze data to ensure accuracy.
• Support account growth and forecasting.
• Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and internal departments. Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of sales, administration, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience (DriveAway or trucking industry experience preferred).
• Skills:
• o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• o Excellent written and verbal communication
• o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems
• Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
