Join our team as an Operations Trainee and gain hands-on experience in dispatch, driver support, and operations. You’ll work directly with drivers and internal teams to keep deliveries running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate drivers and manage loads from dispatch to delivery
- Support driver settlements and ensure accurate paperwork
- Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and accounting teams
- Troubleshoot issues and provide excellent customer service
- Promote safe, compliant operations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Must work on-site in Olathe, KS
