We are seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support a top-producing Loan Officer, playing a vital role in the mortgage process from application to closing. You'll be the operational backbone of the loan process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client experiences every step of the way.
- Base pay: $55,000-$65,000 per year (based on experience)

Requirements
- Prior mortgage experience (Loan Partner, Loan Officer Assistant, or similar role)
- Strong understanding of Conventional, FHA, and VA loan structures and documentation
- Proficiency in Encompass, Jungo/CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong communication and organizational skills
- Smart and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues
Responsibilities
- Review borrower documentation and input data accurately into loan systems (Encompass preferred)
- Prepare and organize loan files for processing and underwriting
- Communicate proactively with clients, realtors, and team members throughout each stage of the loan
- Support pre-qualification files and prepare client consultations
- Assist with loan strategy preparation and presentation for client meetings
