Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Sales Manager role based in Rockwall, TX. The Commercial Sales Manager will be a new role within the company. This person will have the potential to grow/create this position and the process to do so. Responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships within the commercial construction sector. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, assist in preparing proposals, and assist overseeing commercial projects. The role also requires collaboration with teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development in the construction or related industries.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, including pre-construction, capital improvements, tenant improvements, and new construction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in sales strategies, market analysis, and developing client proposals.
- Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of local regulations in the construction industry is a plus.
