POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for TEAM products and services. Representative works closely with Marketing, Customer Excellence, Account Management and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. The role requires a consultative sales approach, a strong understanding of SaaS and professional services with a passion for helping clients succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, social selling and networking.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding process.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and product developments.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or professional services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Computer Skills: High level knowledge of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs – ability to edit and create, scanning).
- Other:

- Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into solutions.

- This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting in Tulsa, OK. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with government, organization and departmental policies.
