Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, distributing them to the correct recipients.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events, preparing necessary materials and refreshments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered by Team Chevrolet of Goldsboro.
