Job Title: Service Manager

THE COMPANY:

• Team CC is a multiline Powersports dealer with locations in Eagle River and Wasilla. We sell and service ATVs, motorcycles, side-by-sides, snowmachines, and watercraft for BRP (Can-am, Sea-doo, Ski-doo) and Kawasaki. We have an opening for an experienced Service Manager at our Wasilla location.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of three (3) years of prior service experience as a Service Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of a fully integrated point of sale system, particularly those functions specific to managing a service department.
• The successful candidate will have the personality and ability to work well in an environment where teamwork is viewed as the cornerstone of organizational success. Effective communication is key with the foremost ability to detail communication.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND AUTHORITY:

• Gain the trust and confidence of customers in all encounters they have with the service department by providing a high-quality customer experience.
• Document service requests, verify any warranty or service contract coverage, develop estimates, write, monitor and close repair orders, regularly communicate with customers, and maintain customer records.
• Establish procedures to ensure all manufacturer’s recall campaigns are properly identified and work is completed and documented properly.
• Grow the volume of service work and ensure the profitability of the service department by meeting goals set by management.
• Develop work schedules for service department staff.
• Maximize the productivity and efficiency of the service department staff.
• Regularly review work, both in-progress as well as completed, with a focus on quality and timeliness.
• Ensure that technicians successfully complete prescribed levels of training to maintain the dealership's highest level of certifications.
• Handle any customer complaints professionally, always with a positive attitude, while demonstrating a commitment to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of ‘safety first’ by ensuring employees keep a clean, efficient, and orderly workspace.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
