This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and leading by example. As a Team Lead, you'll welcome customers, assist them in selecting wash packages and membership options, process transactions, support wash operations, and help ensure every customer leaves completely satisfied with their experience.
