A rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey is seeking a General Manager to drive growth and profitability at the site. We are seeking a General Manager who can successfully manage, lead and direct the efforts of a team, while maintaining a high degree of engagement and morale.

The ideal candidate:
- Proactively manages the day to day operations of the car wash
- Works directly with Executive Leadership Team to make strategic recommendations on process improvements
- Trains and develops team members, leading them to their fullest potential
- Sets a positive example, inspecting and promoting teamwork
- Consistently demonstrates the ability to motivate and encourage team members
Requirements:
- Results-oriented with the ability to push self and others towards success
- Friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for helping people
- Strong personal commitment to successfully managing and leading growth
- Superior leadership and organizational skills
- Complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift
- Be able to carry and move boxes 50 pounds or more across the site
- Constantly working in outdoor weather conditions
