What You'll Do as Production Associates:
- Cut, assemble, prepare, or finish wood components and cabinetry based on production requirements.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, or machinery safely and efficiently in one of six key areas: Cabinet Assembly, Line Loading, Machine Operation, Seal Sanding, White Wood Sanding, or Hardware Installation.
- Inspect materials and finished parts for accuracy, quality, and fit.
- Follow all work instructions, production paperwork, and safety procedures.
- Handle, move, & organize parts and materials throughout the production process.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, properly storing tools and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow.
- Support production flow by assisting in various production areas as needed.
- Work full-time, averaging 45 hours per week.
Our Ideal Production Associates:
- Experienced: A background in custom cabinetry for finishing or hardware opportunities is required, and a background in material handling, sanding, assembling, or machine operation is preferred but not required.
- Team-oriented: Works well with others, communicates clearly, and contributes to a positive, supportive environment.
- Character-driven: Aligns with our values of integrity, humility, and service, demonstrating reliability and respect in every task.
- Trainable and focused: Open to learning new skills, adapting to feedback, and maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using simple documentation and production tracking programs.
- Active: Able to bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and lift 50-100 lbs.

- $41,000-$61,000/year, DOE (based on a 45-hour work week)
