What You'll Do as an Insurance Customer Service Representative:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by assisting them in person, by phone, and via email.
- Process policy changes, including endorsements, updates, cancellations, and billing-related requests.
- Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve servicing issues and support client coverage needs.
- Explain policy details and coverage options clearly and accurately to clients.
- Assist clients with billing questions and process payments through carrier websites.
- Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system.

- Experienced Professional: At least 3 years of customer service, administrative, clerical, or insurance-related experience, along with strong computer and typing skills and the ability to learn new programs.
