Human Resources Manager

- Serve our team by supporting their professional development, monitoring our benefits package, and building a great culture
- Partner with our Ops Managers as a trusted resource in building a great business
- Spend time on the plant floor and in the break room, connecting with employees & building trust
- Conduct in-person interviews and be a part of the hiring process to ensure great hires
- Maintain employee records, including documenting any safety issues
- Maintain the Company Handbook
- Process and administer payroll
- Provide administration for Unemployment and Worker's Compensation claims
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, including events, picnics, banquets, etc.

Our Ideal Human Resources Manager
- Experienced: College degree in a Human Resources-related field and/or equivalent HR Manager experience. 5 years of experience in the HR field preferred.
- Approachable: An individual with a warm, welcoming personality that makes employees feel cared for and valued with good listening skills.
- Detailed: Ensures regulatory compliance and accurately runs payroll and benefits.
- Computer Savvy: Can navigate Microsoft Office Products and use an HCRM. Understands payroll & timekeeping systems and Human Capital Management Systems. Experience with Paycor is a plus.
