What You'll Do as a Health Consultant Assistant
- Schedule and manage client phone appointments, keeping the lead Health Consultant's calendar organized and up to date.
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including preparing and shipping test kits to customers.
- Assist with sales calls and answer basic health-related questions for customers.
- Support the Health Consultant with day-to-day administrative tasks that keep client care running smoothly.
- Provide friendly, attentive communication that reflects NewLight Health's values in every client interaction.
- Learn alongside the lead Health Consultant through hands-on training in holistic health consulting and supplement guidance.

- Experienced: 1 years of administrative and customer service experience; we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Organized: Keep appointments, records, communications, and test-kit shipments on track.
