Position Summary
The Restaurant Team Member contributes to a positive guest experience by preparing and serving quality food, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This position supports both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and friendly restaurant service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and electronic transactions using the POS system.
- Prepare and assemble menu items following company recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including the kitchen, dining area, and checkout stations.
- Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor product levels, restock supplies, and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and timely service.
- Support training of new staff as needed.
- Comply with all company policies regarding safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Prior experience in food service, customer service, or retail is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and food safety standards.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
