Position Summary:
The Automotive Service Technician (B-Level) is responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Chevrolet and GMC vehicles. This role requires the ability to work independently on a wide range of automotive systems while maintaining quality, efficiency, and adherence to manufacturer standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and HVAC
- Conduct routine maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues
- Complete repair orders with proper documentation of work performed
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly to minimize comebacks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding repair status
- Assist with more complex repairs under the guidance of senior technicians as needed
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay range: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and productivity
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000, based on experience and certifications
- Work schedule: 40–60 hours per week, based on business needs and technician productivity

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
