TEAM Automotive Group is looking for a highly skilled Technician to join our team as a Master Automotive Technician. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who thrives on solving complex vehicle issues, mentoring others, and setting the standard for quality and performance in the shop.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the shop’s lead diagnostic expert, tackling the most challenging repair cases.

Mentor, train, and evaluate fellow technicians to help grow shop capability.

Ensure all repairs and processes follow OEM standards and best practices.

Support workflow management, quality control, and service department leadership as needed.

Work alongside a team of experienced technicians and contribute to the positive team environment.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications
Requirements:
-
7 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.

ASE Master Certification (A1–A8) or manufacturer Master Technician status (GM and Salatis (Dodge)).

Deep diagnostic expertise and the ability to troubleshoot and repair all vehicle systems.

A passion for precision, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
Salary : $30 - $50
