Perform advanced collision repairs, including frame straightening, structural repairs, and complex panel replacements

Ensure repairs meet factory specifications and highest quality standards

Mentor junior technicians and help maintain a positive, team-oriented shop culture

Collaborate with estimators, painters, and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Keep current with industry advancements, certifications, and OEM repair procedures

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:

5 years of collision repair experience with advanced structural and frame work

I-CAR or OEM certifications strongly preferred
