What You'll Do
As Collision Center Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of shop operations, including:
- Overseeing daily collision center operations to ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
- Driving shop productivity, cycle time performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Leading, coaching, and developing estimators, technicians, painters, and support staff
- Building strong relationships with insurance adjusters, DRP partners, vendors, and customers
- Managing parts procurement, inventory control, and quality assurance processes
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to improve operational performance
- Resolving customer concerns professionally while maintaining a superior customer experience
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Partnering with senior leadership to achieve growth objectives and business goals

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of collision center, body shop, or auto repair management experience
- Demonstrated success leading teams and improving operational performance
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, insurance claims, DRP relationships, and repair planning
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Proficiency with CCC ONE or comparable collision management software
Preferred Qualifications
- ASE Certifications
- I-CAR Training or Certification
- Valid Driver's License
