This is a hands-on, in-person executive role responsible for shaping financial strategy, overseeing accounting and finance teams, optimizing capital structure, and advising senior leadership on business decisions.The ideal candidate, the CFO is a modern, forward-thinking financial leader with experience in NonQM lending, high-growth environments, and scaling organizations from small to large.
