You’ll speak directly with homeowners, understand their situation, negotiate terms, and lock up deals.

What Your Day Looks Like
This is a full-time remote role.
You Will
- Spend 5–6 hours per day on the phone
- Follow up relentlessly
- Negotiate directly with sellers
- Send offers and contracts
- Track your KPIs daily
- Work nights/weekends when a hot deal requires it
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
You Must Have
- 2 years of wholesaling or acquisitions experience
- Real negotiation skill (not order-taking)
- Comfort living on commission
- High call volume stamina
- Strong CRM discipline
- A dedicated, distraction-free home office
