Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Ensuring smooth workflow from opening to closing, including managing staff, scheduling deliveries, and resources

Interacting with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience

Assisting with maintaining accurate inventory, processing orders, and managing shipments

Handling documentation, maintaining records, and supporting communication both internally and with suppliers

May involve reporting daily reconciliations and bank deposits

Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Ensuring adherence to safety regulations, including OSHA standards, and proper permitting for work performed
