Responsibilities
- Day to day treatment includes individual treatment sessions, groups/classes and evaluations. Weekly department/ company meetings, as well as supervision meetings. Therapy aides are available to assist all clinicians.
- Must hold a current license for Occupational Therapy License in Arizona. If out of state, you must be willing to obtain an Arizona License.
- Must be willing to relocate to the Phoenix, Arizona area

Salary : $76,000 - $89,000
