Job Summary

Team360 Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Receiving & Warehouse Associate – Forklift to join our team. This position supports the Receiving operation, safely moving and organizing materials, operating a forklift, and assisting with various warehouse and production-related activities as needed.

The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to safely handle and move materials, including wood and other items weighing approximately 90 pounds.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is flexible, dependable, and willing to take on different responsibilities to support the overall operation. We are looking for someone interested in becoming a

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
• Move wood and other materials weighing approximately 90 pounds.
• Verify quantities and materials received against documentation.
• Enter and maintain receiving and material information using a computer.
• Safely move materials between Receiving, warehouse, and production areas.
• Organize and maintain material staging and storage areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
• Assist Production and other departments with material movement and operational needs.
• Perform general warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Be flexible and willing to assist with additional tasks required to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Receiving, Warehouse, Material Handling, or a similar environment.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter and retrieve information accurately.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing approximately 90 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail when receiving and verifying materials.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with Receiving, Production, and other departments.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to perform a variety of tasks as needed.
• Ability and interest in growing with the company.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing approximately 90 pounds.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work in a warehouse and production environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive material-handling tasks as needed.
