General Laborer
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Naperville, IL
Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation annually
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, assist with warehouse or production tasks, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
- Assist with basic warehouse, production, or manufacturing tasks
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Operate basic tools or equipment
- Support supervisors and team members as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for the duration of the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing is a plus
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
