Team360 Staffing is partnering with a leading American manufacturer of high-voltage systems and electromagnetic components to hire a dependable Assembly Worker II
Position Overview
The Assembly Worker I is responsible for assembling, finishing, and inspecting precision magnetic and electronic components according to customer specifications. This role requires attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to follow work instructions while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and finish precision components according to process sheets and specifications.
- Measure parts using calipers and other measuring tools.
- Apply powder coatings and protective finishes.
- Perform light assembly, soldering, and component preparation.
- Operate production equipment safely, including ovens, presses, and UV curing equipment.
- Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow all safety procedures when handling materials and chemicals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other production duties as assigned.Ç
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience.
- Assembly experience required.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers.
- Soldering experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
