These positions are Part-time and event-based.
Expectations
· Available to work ALL home football games in addition to training sessions
· 18 years of age
· Strong communication skills
- Be Positive and Upbeat while letting it show on the job
· Offer the highest level of customer service for all patrons upon arriving at either Wake Forest, NCA&T and WSSU venues.
· Maintain a positive and professional attitude and appearance
· Ability to efficiently problem solve
Work Environment
· Will be spending a considerable duration of time standing/walking
· Will work as part of a team to ensure the best experience for guests
