Position: 1099 Roofing Sales Representative
This is a commission‑only, independent contractor role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys being outdoors, and wants unlimited earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Generate leads through door‑to‑door outreach, networking, referrals, and self‑prospecting
- Inspect roofs and exterior damage (training provided)
- Educate homeowners on roofing options and insurance restoration processes
- Prepare estimates and present proposals
- Follow up with customers and close deals
- Work closely with our production team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM
- Travel throughout Lexington and surrounding areas
Compensation
- Commission‑only (1099)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
