We are looking for a motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers and business clients, helping them understand their available energy options while providing a professional and personalized experience.
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will:
- Communicate with customers and business clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Learn about energy programs and confidently explain available options
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing the right solutions
- Answer questions and provide excellent customer service throughout the process
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow up when needed
- Work alongside the team to meet individual and team goals
- Represent our energy partners with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
- Comfortable speaking with people in person
