Position: HR Generalist – Benefits Specialist
Location: Energy Corridor
Schedule: On-site, full-time (Monday through Friday)
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on benefits administration to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–5 years of HR experience who has specialized knowledge in managing employee benefits programs. The HR Generalist will oversee benefits administration, ensure compliance, and provide guidance to employees while supporting other HR functions as needed.
Job Duties:
Benefits Administration:
- Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate annual benefits enrollment and communicate plan changes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to benefits, including COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA.
- Partner with vendors and brokers to manage benefits offerings and resolve service issues.
HR Support & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate benefits records and employee data in HRIS systems.
- Assist with payroll and benefits-related deductions and reconciliations.
- Support HR team with general HR functions, including onboarding and employee relations.
- Monitor and implement best practices for benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on benefits administration.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits programs, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
