We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to assist our Outside Sales Team with quoting, organization, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day support for the Outside Sales team, ensuring they have the information and follow-up needed while traveling.
- Assist with preparing and updating quotes, entering customer orders, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, lead times, and project details.
- Collaborate with internal teams - including engineering, production, and purchasing - to ensure project success.
- Coordinate project timelines from initial request through completion.
- Help maintain organized records and documentation for customer accounts.
- Participate in occasional trade show preparation (minimal travel).
- Marine or boating knowledge preferred but not required - familiarity with OEM parts or accessories is beneficial.
- Technical or engineering aptitude is a plus – print reading, measurements, etc.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
- Clear, professional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems helpful.
