Competitive Pay: $100K - $115K annually, based on experience with bonus opportunities

Who We Are Looking For
- 5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory responsibility
- Strong understanding of construction/job-cost accounting (preferred)
- Proficient with accounting systems (Viewpoint, Foundation, or similar ERP a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional judgment, discretion, and leadership ability
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements, monthly close reports, and variance analysis
- Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers accurately
- Supervise and mentor a small accounting support team
- Manage cash flow, collections, and payment cycles
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and audit preparation
- Assist with job costing, WIP schedules, and project accounting as needed
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and reporting standards
