What You’ll Be Doing
Lead new-hire safety orientation & company-wide safety training
Conduct job site visits to assess safety compliance and coach field employees
Build strong relationships and serve as a trusted resource to our teams
Support employee relations and strengthen our safety culture
Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, drive solutions
Maintain compliance programs and documentation
Collaborate with leadership to enhance and evolve safety programs
Who We Are Looking For
3–5 years of safety experience; construction industry preferred
Knowledgeable in OSHA standards & compliance
Strong communicator who can coach, train, and influence, not just enforce
Confident, approachable, and able to build trust at all levels
Balanced, firm when needed, understanding when appropriate
Organized, proactive, and self-driven
Comfortable speaking up and partnering across teams, including leadership and employee relations
Professional presence, respected and respectful
