Teague Campbell started as a partnership between two attorneys in 1948 and has developed into a thriving civil litigation law firm. As the firm continues to grow, we have found the need to hire a Workers’ Compensation Attorney for our Charlotte Metro office. Teague Campbell employs 30 attorneys throughout North Carolina. We defend and advise private and public sector businesses, government entities, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in all aspects of a workers’ compensation claim. We value meaningful relationships and operate as a true business partner to our clients.
The Position
A Workers’ Compensation Attorney at Teague Campbell will work side by side with partners and colleagues in a positive work environment, taking an active role in each case. There are many opportunities to learn and work side-by-side with experienced workers’ compensation attorneys, and the firm’s strong mentorship program develops associates into effective litigators and helps them grow in their careers.
The Ideal Candidate
· Is a North Carolina licensed litigator with 3-5 years of workers’ compensation experience.
· Has experience in NC state courts and Industrial Commission hearings.
· Is an independent thinker with the ability to research and analyze information to help move a case forward.
· Can develop strategies and report case updates to partners.
The Location
This position is intended for the Charlotte-area market. The firm currently maintains shared office space in Belmont, NC and expects to relocate to a dedicated office in western Charlotte in 2027. Attorneys may work remotely during the transition and use the Belmont office as needed. The firm expects to maintain a flexible work arrangement after the move.
