About The Position
Teads is looking for an International Tax Senior Accountant to assist in all aspects of US international tax reporting and non-US local tax matters, including assisting the International Tax Manager with international tax provision items such as NCTI, FDDEI, and FTCs. The merger with Teads provides a unique opportunity to get involved with post-merger integration.
This position is based in our New York City office and provides flexibility to WFH twice a week.

About The Position

- Ability to manage time by prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Self-starter attitude towards learning the business and staying current in tax developments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and constructively in a team environment, both within the tax team and with other departments and global offices
- Ability to understand and communicate technical issues regarding foreign subsidiaries of a US-headquartered multinational company
- Experience with filing US Form 5471s and 8858s
- Working knowledge of transfer pricing and Country-by-Country Reporting matters
- Familiar with Pillar Two concepts
- Experience with tax provisions and non-US tax returns
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax is required, CPA preferred
- 2 years of experience in international tax with an appetite to learn other tax areas
- Public accounting and corporate tax experience is a plus
- Experience with NetSuite ERP system
- Experience with OneSource tax compliance and provision software
- Adept at embedding AI tools (Gemini, Claude, GPT) in daily work
- Exposure to M&A integration planning or other tax consulting planning
- Exposure to digital media & digital advertising

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
