Sigourney Schools Is seeking individuals to join our team as Substitute Teachers for the upcoming school year!
Don’t have an Iowa Substitute Authorization?
We can help!
Here are the steps it takes to get your authorization:
1. Hold an Associates degree, Bachelors degree, or have 60 college credit hours.
2. Complete a BOEE-Approved Course, available on the AEA: https://aealearningonline.org/
3. Complete the Mandatory Report training on Child Abuse
4. Submit an application through the BOEE
Sigourney CSD will reimburse you to cover the cost of the required course through the AEA.
Daily Pay Rate: $150 per day
IPERS contributions begin on Day One!
