JOB DESCRIPTION (Concession Manager/Supervisor)
Qualifications
Able to use basic computer software.
Able to complete/update inventories - prepare concession orders.
Able to supervise volunteer workers helping during events in which the concession stand is open and operating.
Job Goal: To provide supervision while concessions are open during events. Open up and close down the concession stand for events at the high school. Train volunteers when they show up to work the concession stand. Clean and stock the concession stand after events and prior to the next event. Help support the sale of concessions to maximize our gains in a way that helps benefit all of our programs. Turn in weekly orders for products that are needed in the concession stand. Occasionally may need to pick up orders for the concession stand, such as pizza for an event.
