Tripoli Community School District is seeking a qualified, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to serve as an HR/Business Assistant/Payroll Specialist, with a start date of July 2026.
This position represents a collaborative opportunity between two school districts, offering a competitive salary range based on experience and the efficiencies of shared services.
Qualifications:
SBO Authorization is not required at the time of hire; however, candidates who could help support School Business Officials in the District office could be capacity within the organization.
Understanding of, or willingness to learn basic Iowa school finance systems, payroll processing, and HR functions.
Degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field preferred.
Position Overview:
