What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodial Staff position at TeachIowa?
The Graettinger-Terril Community School District is seeking one full-time or two part-time custodians to join our team.
Primary Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Cleaning classrooms, bathrooms, and hallways
- Trash removal
- Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping)
- Assisting with event setup and cleanup
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for students and staff
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks
- Previous custodial experience preferred but not required
